The nursery is ALMOST finished.
The trash has been taken out and the house is clean.
The car seat is installed.
So, we sit...and wait...until I go into labor or until Tuesday morning - whichever comes first.
We still cannot believe that we are almost there. This is officially our last Saturday as a family of two! Luke will be here, ready or not in three days.
Here are a few pictures of Luke's nursery.
After many months of waiting, I finally have the bedding I wanted! Now if Target would just hurry up and ship the crib skirt and curtains - Luke's room would be completely finished!
Rylie is ready to be a big sister!
How awesome are those built-in shelves and toy box my dad built?
Benson's refinished dresser!
...and last but not least, I thought I would share the maternity photos we have taken over the past few weeks. Some were done by Mikki Simmons (thanks Mikki!) and the rest were taken by my amazing husband in our studio.
Hi Kristin!
ReplyDeleteWe'll be praying for you, Benson and especially baby Luke in the coming days! I know God has His hand in ALL things and He will guide and direct you. If you need anything at all, please let me know. We've been exactly where you are, so we know how scary this time can be. Please know that lots of love and prayers are being sent your way!
Love

Hi Kristin! I found your blog through Emma Kate's and I wanted to let you know that we are praying for your family today as you welcome Luke into the world. We also have been where you, and know what it feels like. We are thinking about you!
